It is your "Me as a Model" photos I'm most interested in.  They are very good.  I like the looks, the way the make-up contrasts the features of your skin and your expression.  I think a Gothic Lolita look would go well on you.

Fun reminiscing about Beetles a bit. Do you own one?

I used to own two. but my first wife cost me both of them. 1966 & 1969. I sold the first to afford the wedding. and had to give her the second one in the divorce. :( However the 69 was special to me as it was my current wife's car back in the day.

I had Painted it like an American Flag a month after 9-11-2001. So many people Loved that bug.

I had many VW's. So I can understand the sense of loss when you make a connection with them. Most of mine were buy and sell, play with them a bit but my overall fave was my '68. I saved it from a trip to a junkyard when I payed a frustrated owner $500 to cover his garage bill. Over years I transformed it into a custom speed demon. It passed everything but the gas station LOL. Custom paint inside and out. 1904 engine(not a typo as most think 1914). Dual 44 Webers, regeared and bulletproofed tranny. Porsche disc brakes. Aside from its aggressive stance, dechromed, it was remarkably stock in appearance. I spent less than $10,000 over the 12 years I had it on it. Did a bunch of work myself or with help. But a fuel line broke and the ONE time I did not have my extinguisher she burned up. I gave it to my brother and still sold parts and made about $2000. I was surprised. Everything was intact from the door hinges forward, wheels, beam , brakes, fuel cell, fenders, etc. For less than $100 a month over its history, it was my best buddy. I remember doing burnouts with my Mom in it and she would tell me how irresponsible it was and I would get a ticket and then she would ask me to do it again. Yeah, my Mom is a wild one.

He he, Memories... yeah That reminds me of the time I had two girls in the bug with me and I turned the corner hard with the wheel(s) coming off the ground. what a rush that was.
